② 기업정보 및 채용공고 확인, 

    채용공고 하단 '상담 신청하기' 클릭해 관심기업에 상담 신청

* 마감기한 : 5월 13일(화) 오후 18시까지 

<기업 - 구직자 상담/면접 스케줄링 방법>

 1) 홈페이지 기업 계정으로 로그인

 2) 마이페이지 -> 면접 상담 일정

 3) 지원 목록에서 지원 내역 확인 후 지원자 이름 클릭

 4) 지원자 상세 정보와 제출한 이력서 확인

 5) 면접 결정 클릭 후 신청수락, 재신청요망, 반려 중 선택

    * 지원자가 적합하고 신청한 일정이 가능하면 "신청수락", 지원자는 적합하나 일정이 안맞으면 해당내용을 기입 후 "재신청요망", 지원자가 부적합하다면 "반려"를 선택해주시기 바랍니다.

The scheduling period for interviews and consultations under the Foreign Student Recruitment has been extended.

 
Please refer to the attached Scheduling Manual and review the procedures in advance to ensure 

[Schedule Information]
- Scheduling Request Period: Until Tuesday, May 13, 2025, 6:00 PM (KST)
* After the deadline, advance scheduling will be closed. On-site consultations or interviews may be available only during available time periods.

- Company Approval Deadline: Thursday, May 15, 2025, 4:00 PM (KST)

- Automatic Confirmation: After Thursday, May 15, 2025, 4:00 PM (KST)
 All scheduling requests must be submitted by May 13.

Company HR managers are kindly asked to confirm each request by May 15.

Please review pending requests and select one of the following options: 
Accept / Request to Reschedule / Decline.

Pending requests that remain unconfirmed as of May 15, 4:00 PM, will be 
auto-confirmed by the Operating Office.
(Priority will be given to the most recently submitted applications.)

If automatic confirmation is not preferred, please make sure to confirm or decline all requests before the deadline.
 For International Students:

① Visit the “Openings” tab

② Review company information and job postings,

Click “Apply for Consultation” at the bottom of the posting to request interviews with selected companies

* Application Deadline: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, 6:00 PM (KST)

For Companies:

① Log in using the company account

② Go to My Page → Interview/Consultation Schedule

③ Click on an applicant’s from the request list

④ Review applicant details and resume

⑤ Click "Confirm Interview" and choose one of the following:

    - Accept: Suitable applicant, schedule available
    - Request to Reschedule: Suitable applicant, but proposed time unavailable (Please leave a comment)
    - Decline: Not a suitable applicant
